Abstract

A method for residue determination of Esfenvalerate in cabbage and soil was developed. The procedure was described, including extraction by acetone and petroleum ether, cleaning up by passing through a column made up of neutral alumina, determination by GC with ECD. The average recoveries of cabbage and soil were 90.7%~98.3% and 90.7%~97.0%. The coefficients of variation were 4.8~7.6 and 3.8~5.0. Limits of detection were 0.0025 and 0.00025mg/kg.
