First Research on the Relationship Between Blade Area and Petiole Length,Internodes Length,Leaf Inclination Angle of Trees

There is an internal relationship obviously between leaf area and petiole length, internodes length of trees.This paper studies this relationship and a model reflecting the relationship between leaf area and petiole length,internodes length,leaf inclination angle is obtained by mathematical modeling under some ideal hypothesis.Then the unreasonable part in the model is discussed and improved,and a formula reflecting the relationship between leaf area and internodes length,center-stem distance is obtained.Lastly the model is tested by data collected from thirteen alternate and opposite trees respectively.The result shows that the model is correct,can reflect the relationship between leaf area and petiole length,internodes length,leaf inclination angle of trees.
