In this paper,on the basis of analyzing the status quo of Wuhan economic beit,including confine,nature condition, town system,economy developing condition etc.,illustrates the importance of Wuhan City in this region at geopnics,industry,the third domain, puts forward the strategy and security system to develop the function of Wuhan City as a metropolis?
