Abstract
Rural education,which takes human capital as intermediary,promotes rural economic development by enhance people's labor productivity and the ability to deal with non-equilibrium state.But,rural education promoting rural economic development needs a series of prerequisite,including:the continued growth of rural economy;Unified competition labor market;the growing demand for human capital and rationality of rural education itself.Presently,these prerequisite do not have or not completely have,causes economical function of rural education not easily realized.
