Abstract
This paper carries on the research to the development characteristics of traditional sports culture and culture tourism in Western Hunan,based on western development and the construction of well-off society,using the knowledge of ethnology,culture,sociology,etc.It announces the appearance difference between the traditional sports and modern sports,and the basic regulation of sports culture development,points out that the modern development of the traditional sports must hold its direction,continuously absorb the organization system and contest rule of the modern sports to make it perfect using the advanced culture of modern sports.
