Comparison and Harmony of Minority Rights——Also on law adjustment of joining “International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights” for China

In China the basic spirit of protecting minority rights is consistent with international human rights convention and minority protection is also sufficient. Yet considering the related international human rights protection convention and international practice, to ratify International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, on minority protection, it is necessary for China to adjust on the subject and contents of minority rights, the concept and principles of minority rights protection.
