Some Issues in Making the Law of Protecting Intellectual Property of Ethnic Intangible Cultural Heritage by Ethnic Autonomous Regions in China

There are abundant intangible cultural cultural heritage in ethnic minority groups in China while the protection of them is too limited.The ethnic minority regions are granted the right to make rules to protect the intellectual property of ethnic intangible cultural heritage in China according to the constitution and other relative laws.These rules should take protecting cultural and property values of intangible heritage as its aim and should take collective,traditional,intellectual and equal property as its principle.The principles of object,subject content,confine of right,the standard and allotted time of protection,the infringement act and its legal responsibility should also be constructed.
