Abstract
Sorts and applications of gold electroplating,process formulae of acidic gold electroplating,high speed reductive electroless gold plating and electroless hard gold plating,process characteristics of neutral gold plating and electroless displacement gold plating,influence of pH value on the acidic gold electroplating and influence factors on deposit hardness of electroless hard gold plating in Japan were introduced respectively.The process formulae of non-cyanide bright silver electroplating and non-cyanide strike silver plating,electroless palladium plating,acidic platinum plating and basic platinum plating,and process characteristic of electroless platinum plating were recommended correspondingly.
