Abstract
A new optimal guidance law with terminal impact angle constraint is presented to satisfy performance requirements such as to enhance the effectiveness of missiles warhead to attack a non-maneuvering target. The comparison with an existed optimal guidance law is also made and proves the proposed guidance law is superior. The proposed guidance law considering the second order missile-body characteristics not only nullifies miss distance but also achieves a desired impact angle.Numerical simulation shows that the proposed guidance law can achieve the terminal angle constraint and have higher guidance precision.
