Influence of Essential Drug System to Rational Drug Use in 5 Primary Health Care Institutions of Jiangxi Province

The article selects five primary health care institutions of Jiangxi to study the rational use of essential drugs.The research use prescriptions from 2009 to 2011 to research the average number of prescription drugs,the proportion of prescription with antibiotics,number of antibiotic categories,the proportion of prescriptions used more than two antibiotics,the proporition of each kind of antibiotic used in prescription,the proportion of prescription with hormone,the proportion of prescription with injection,the proportion of prescription with brand name,the average prescription costs,and from these indicators to reflect the situation of rational use of drugs after the implement of basic drug system in primary health care institutions.
