The New Development Tendency of Urban Highway Transit in Guangzhou

Abstract
With the rapid development of urban transportation in recent years, prominent changes of urban highway transit in China have taken place and research on these changes will be useful to solving the urban traffic problems. This paper proposes a new tendency of urban highway transit through the analyses and study of the data acquired from traffic survey in Guangzhou. Existing problems and corresponding solutions of urban highway transit are also discussed.
