Abstract
Circular traffic organization is a new idea for solving urban traffic jam which is distinguished from traffic light organization and interchange traffic organization.Its most obvious feature is eliminating traffic conflict points at grade crossing without red light setting and cars' stopping.Thereby traffic efficiency of regional traffic can be improved greatly,and a safe,unblocked and effective traffic environment is available.
