Abstract

The role of circulating tumor cells(CTCs) detection is significant in the diagnosis and prognosis of genitourinary cancer.The heterogenous nature of genitourinary cancer and its propensity for recurrence are particularly well suited for CTCs research,which can improve the efficacy of targeted treatment.We reviewed the literature on the detection and significance of circulating tumor cells in genitourinary cancer.
