Abstract
The welding process, microstructure and mechanics function by adding different content of zinc were analyzed.Effects of different content of zinc on copper alloy's manual SHS welding's Cu-Zn freezing microstructure were studied. The result indicates, welding seam is made up of phase α.Bond and HAZ are composed by phase α and reticulate phase β.Zn of weld metal come from weld power and base metal.Along with the increase content of Zn,tensile strength and hardness increase, but impact toughness decreases. The grain next the bond is obviously bigger than boundary of base metal.HAZ has a much wider overheated zone, which makes weld joint's HAZ weak.
