Abstract
The reasons why Non public ownership has existed and developed in China should be considered correctly in terms of our productive forces and the demand to develop socialist market economy. In this case, we can adhere better to the principal that no public ownership plays an important role in our economy and public ownership has been obtained the position as the dominant sector of the national economy with a variety of supplementing economic forms.
