Abstract

Started from the development of Shaanxi power network,the paper analyzes the characters of Shaanxi power network development and the main problems exited in power network,puts forward Shaanxi power network load development level from 2008 to 2012.Combined with long-term planning of State Northwest power grid,the target and scheme of Shaanxi power network planning are presented for guiding the development of Shaanxi power network from 2008 to 2012.
