The construction of rural communities depends on the clear target and rational construction model and approach.This article draws relevant references about rural community construction,expounds the position and connotation of the construction,introduces the successful models in China,explores the practical approach in Anhui Province and concludes that the construction must focus on rural demands,rural economy,system guarantee,community design and resident participation.
