Abstract
Su Xun and Su Shi were not only well-known literati of the North Song Dynasty, but also they were politicians with keen judgements, especially Su Shi, he had ever been considered to be a talent with the ability to rule the country. Their ideas of making use of personnel were the specific expression of their political views .It had positive and directive meaning for the society of that time, as well as, it has some reference significance for present personnel management
