Problem and Countermeasure about Integration Development of School Physical Education and Community Sports

The integration development of school physical education and community sports is the basic direction of future physical education development.Currently,due to various factors such as management mechanism,working mechanism,and organization forms,the integration of China's school physical education and community sports is still loose,the respective advantages of the school and the community has not been fully exerted yet,and the highly sharing of human resources,material resources and cultural resources has not been accomplished yet.In order to realize the integration development of school physical education and community sports,one should adhere to the integrated idea of government leading,market operating,study and explore the integration's management mechanism,working mechanism,organization forms,expense guarantee and specific integration forms.
