Clinical analysis of 52 cases with hypertensive disease of pregnancy

Abstract

Objective To observe the methods and clinical effects of gestational hypertension.Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data was conducted in 52 patients with gestational hypertension who were admitted in our hospital from February 2010 to February 2011.The whole patients were divided into treatment group(33 cases)and control group(19 cases),observed the pregnancy outcome of the two groups.Results The badness pregnancy outcome rate in the treatment group was 12.12%,the badness pregnancy outcome rate in the control group was 31.58%,there were significant differences between the two groups(P 0.05).All patients were cure to leave hospital without death.Conclusion Through the augmentation management of duration of pregnancy and give timely prophylaxis and early intervention can obviously improve the outcome of gestational hypertension.
