On Circulation of Rural Land and Its Trend of Development in China

The special place of farmland in agricultural production and rural economy determines that rural land system is the core and important basis of agriculture and rural economics.With the deepening of the reform of the economic system and the continuous development of the rural society,the inner defects of existing farmland property rights system and use system have gradually revealed,which have become the obstacles for China's rural economy and social development.Considering the problems above,this paper offers that we should innovate the rural land property rights institution,and three phases are to be arranged in its implementing so as to maintain the vigour and vitality of rural economic development.
