In Internet era, the design and application of multimedia CAI courseware will have a positive effect on improving teaching quality. The writer of this paper puts forward personal recognition and viewpoints concerning the design of multimedia CAI courseware, which are that the content is the soul of the courseware, the formal beauty is the key, and reasonable interactive setting and easy operation is the principle.
