Abstract
In the course of condensation reaction of systhesizing trimethoprim(TMP) from trimethoxybenzaldehyde, the contents of material trimethoxybenzaldehyde(TMB) and condensation product in the reaction system are analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Kinetics equations at 298.15K and at 308.15K are deduced, with the reaction series of TMB of 0.37.Apparent activation energy is 71.73kJ·moL-1.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
