Abstract
The influences of tempering process on microstructure and properties of 12MnNiVR steel plate were studied by TEM,SEM and test measure. The results show that the microstructure of 12MnNiVR steel plate after direct quenching is a compound microstructure of martensite and a little bainite, and the even bainite microstructure is obtained and the properties of 12MnNiVR steel plate improve on the condition of tempering at 625~655 ℃for 60 min.The tensile strength of the steel is above 628 MPa,the yield strength is above 562 MPa,the elongation is above 21% and AKV is above 220 J at -20℃.
