Abstract
In order to further explore the effect of urban rail transit on the surrounding housing prices,,an analysis method which combines AHP and entropy weight is proposed to evaluate the influence of urban rail transit on the surrounding housing prices based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the entropy method. It avoids misjudgment caused by the separately analytic hierarchy process and unquantifiable situation by the entropy method. Taking subway line 1 of Dalian as an example and based on the actual property surrounding residential development,the weight of each influence factor is determined. It is significant to the prediction of the housing prices surrounding urban rail transit.
