Abstract
There are many poets such as Shen Kuo,Wu Zeng,Hu Zai,Yang Wan-li,Li Bi,Chen Shan,Ye Meng-de in Song Dynasty and He Shang,Yuan Mei,Xue Xue in Qing Dynasty had talked about Wang An-shi's rewriting of other's poem,and so did a contemporary man,Qian Zhong-shu.But all these discussion only related it simply,did not have a detailed discussion.This paper made a thorough inquiry about Wang An-shi's rewriting of poems of Tang Dynasty as his own works,probed into the rewritten poems'content,form and nature.Some of Wang An-shi's rewritten works continued the meaning of the original and made deepening and developing and some of them held opposite opinions.It used imitating sentence and imitating phrase and imitating word as rewriting forms.In nature,he had touched up or loaned or plagiarized the original works.
