Abstract
As a right basing on tenancy relationship, preemption of lessee has a long history and a special position in legal system. There are doctrines of property rights, credit rights and conditional right of claim, on the nature of preemption of tenant. Based on the analysis of the above doctrines, the writer support that the nature of preemption of lessee should be acquired right, right of claim and credit right.
