Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of miR-451 in human lung carcinoma A549,lung carcinoma tissues and normal lung, and explore the role of miR-451 in human lung carcinoma.Method We detected the expressions of miR-451 in normal cell and lung carcinoma cell, and also detected the expressions of normal tissue, peritumoral tissue, cancer tissue of lung cell carcinoma surgery patients by real-time PCR,and analyze the importance. Results The expression of miR-451 in human lung carcinoma A549 was significantly lower than the human normal lung(0.294±0.066、0.894±0.023,P0.05),and compared with the cancer organizations and normal lung, the expression of miR-451 in human lung carcinoma tissues decreased significantly(0.124±0.002、0.870±0.034、0.896±0.008,P0.05).Conclusion These results indicate that the under-expression of miR-541 is probably related to human lung carcinoma pathogenesis and it can be the indicator of diagnosis and prognosis of the lung carcinoma.
