Abstract
The extraction techniques of linseed oil were compared. Results indicated that the extraction rate of cold compression was 32.36%.The rate was 29.13% under the optimal extraction condition of distillation-petroleum ether was solvent,80℃,ratio of solid and liquid was 1∶6(M/V).The rate was 36.70% by Supercritical CO2 extraction with 25 L/h flow rate of CO2,30 Mpa,30℃ and 2h.The distillation is not good in practice because of solvent residue;low cost of cold compression can meet the requirements of cooking oil;Supercritical CO2 extraction can get high quality linseed oil that can be used as materials of health care food, and the extraction rate is high as well, but the cost is high.
