Abstract
Objective To explore the opertative method and affect for rhegmatogenous retinal detachment after cataract. Methods In this group,nine of 23 cases with the minimal scleral buckling for primary retinal detachment,fourteen with vitrectomy.Visiting period followed for 3-24 months. Results In this group twenty of 23 cases got complete retinal retached.The visual acuity improved in 20 eyes. Conclusions Minimal scleral buckling or vitrectomy could be used efficiently for rhegmatogenous retinal detachment after cataract.
