Abstract
The technology of separation D-aspartic acid and L-alanine by ion exchange method was investigated. In consideration of absorption capacity and relative selectivity coefficient of resin, one kind of resin XH-1 was chosen for the separation of D-Asp and L-Ala.The adsorption and elution techniques of L-Ala and D-Asp were also studied. The best conditions of separating D-aspartic acid and L-alanine from mother liquid were obtained. To some extent,it may give some hints to the industrial application of separation D-aspartic acid and L-alanine by ion exchange method.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
