Abstract
Power divider is a general microwave device.The traditional power divider is realized by use of parallel circuit.So that its application may be limited in specific domain.In this paper,a serial circuit power divider prototype is presented and its equivalent circuit is introduced.Simulation was conducted using HFSS to verify the design.An unequal power with higher division ratios and 180° out of phase can be obtained easily by means of the proposed divider.The divider should play an important role in broadband Balun and coplanar magic T applications.
