Semantic Web is not independent Web at all,but is current Web extending.Its goal lets the computer can understanding and processing the data which presents that Web merely can demonstrate,and provide each kind of intelligent services for the people.At present research on semantic has just begun in the world,in contrast with overseas,China is later to semantic Web research.This text simply introduces semantic Web concepts and the system structure,and analyses semantic Web rationale and the technology base,and points out the key questions of research on semantics Web.
