Research on Patterns and Implementation Strategies Concerning the Joint of City Community Logistics Services

Directing against the drawbacks of the traditional city community logistics service mode,a kind of joint pattern of city community logistics services is constructed in this paper according to logistics common theory.It contains city logistics center and community logistics center these two stage logistics facilities.There are four basic processes: manufacturers-the city logistics center-the community logistics center community residents.This paper puts forward implementation strategies concerning the joint of city community logistics services from four aspects: goal setting,infrastructure construction,operation management and supervision management.
