A Research on the Legal System of Rural Endowment Insurance

Abstract

Based on the status of China's rural endowment insurance,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the legal system and implementation process of it.In the light of the foreign model of rural endowment insurance,such as in Germany and Japan,this paper provides some suggestions of improving the legal system of rural endowment insurance.
