Abstract

During the construction of the entire project,project owners always plays a core task from project decision-making and design to construction bidding, construction, completion of settlement and so on. Project owners must make the management of the project cost and control the construction cost of project. The implementation of effective management and control method could ensure the completion of project in the situation of quality and quantity and most significantly control project expenditures.
