Abstract

Objective:To probe into the constitution and distribution of the collagen fiber on the substance of ventricle muscle,to investigate the impact of collagen fiber on heart function and to observe the collagen fiber's changes loaded different movement force.Method:1.Thirty-six adult male mice were selected randomly and divided into three groups,that is control group,generally trained group and overloaded group with 12 in each group.2.Decollation after full eight-week training,the left ventricular front wall,left nipple muscle,arch of aorta were selected respectively.Fixing-dehydrating-transparency-embed-slice were performed.3.Masson staining,and analyses the picture with HPIAS-1000 computer image analytical system.Result:Control(group's) collagen fiber was well-distributed.general trained group's collagen tow increase obviously,presenting circle-type distribution master fibers on the collagen fiber whiplash cell increased and the shape of the collagen fiber network changes obviously by contrast.The overloaded group's collagen fiber increases obviously and formed between some myocardial cells with strip distribution(P0.01).Conclusion:The structure changes of collagen fiber are important characteristic of heart in pathology condition.With the increase of movement force,the collagen fiber of myocardial interstitial increases notably,and the obvious shanges of heart structure are taken place.
