Abstract
The ceramic coating was obtained by micro-arc oxidizing the arc-spraying aluminum on mild steel. The micro-arc oxidation behaviors were tested for arc-spray aluminum coating that produced under different spraying process parameters. The arc-spray aluminum coating and the ceramic coating were analyzed by X-ray diffraction. The thickness variety of ceramic coating with the current density and strength time was also studied.
