On the Socialism Characteristics of the Scientific Outlook on Development

On the issue of the social outlook on development,the fundamental difference between socialism and capitalism doesn't lie in understanding and revealing the law of economic development but in whether the social formation and the social structure can provide the systematic guarantee and actual conditions of the scientific development or not.The scientific outlook on development,rooted and generated in the practice of socialism in contemporary China,is the essential requirement of the social development,with the socialism characteristics and the basic nature of the social formation,which reflect on the key link and the basic aspects,such as the points of theory,the core of value,the basic requirement and the fundamental method,etc.And this characterizes the dialectical transcendence and the historical progresses over the capitalism.
