Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical significance of coagulation and fibrinolysis functions for patients with hepatitis B liver cirrhosis. Methods The prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT),fiber protein(FIB),platelet(PLT),von Willebrand factor(vwF),urokinase type plasminogen activator(uPA) and plasminogen activator inhibitor(PAI) of normal people and patients with liver cirrhosis in different clinical stages were detected, the SPSS13.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis. Results The PT,APTT,TT,uPA,PAI and vwF of patients with liver cirrhosis were all significantly higher than those of the healthy control group, while the PLT and FIB were significantly lower than those of the healthy control group. Conclusion The coagulation and fibrinolysis functions are closely related to the disease progress for patients with liver cirrhosis, which has important clinical significance for the treatment and rescue of bleeding for patients with liver cirrhosis.
