The gap of our regional economy influences the healthy development of our national economy,which is caused by many reasons.Therefore,a new mechanism of the regional cooperation should be built up,the regional economic increase should be cultivated and the transformation and consolidation of the regional industry should be improved guided by the scientific development concept.
