Strategic Consideration about Technical Innovation of Chinese Small and Medium- sized Enterprises

Small and medium- sized enterprise, which is playing an irreplaceable role during the process of promoting the fast growing of national economy, is an assignable force. The development of small and medium- sized enterprises has the inevitable connection with the technical innovation. The small and medium- sized enterprises can't be developed without the technical innovation. This paper discusses on the technical innovation strategy in our country's small and medium- sized enterprises in three aspects.
