In the light of that the current selection of the supporting schemes at home and abroad still has the one-sidedness and the subjectivity, and based on consulting with large quantities of the literatures, this paper makes comprehensive evaluation of the developing situation of the deep foundation ditch supporting engineering and the optimizing methods of the supporting schemes, which provides conditions for carrying out the subject study of the optimizing methods for the foundation ditch supporting schemes.
