Abstract
A rapid development method on Brushless DC motor (BLDCM) controller was proposed. It is founded upon a platform based on common actuated circuit and software MATLAB (PACM). The hardware of PACM includes a common actuated circuit and dSPACE hardware set. The software of PACM is a series of regulating model architecture which is built by MATLAB/Simulink modeling tool. With the help of PACM,the necessary hardware design and controlling software codes can be gotten rapidly. Experiments validate the convenience and the efficiency by using this method to develop treadmill controller. Compared with traditional ways,the development time and cost can be reduced remarkably.
