Abstract
A synchronous RC oscillator with high performance was proposed. Different from traditional RC oscillator, this oscillator cycle was set by receiving synchronous frequency signals from the peripheral SYN pin of the controller. The simulation result showed that the oscillator's frequency can follow the external synchronous frequency in the range of 140 kHz to 450 kHz at typical parametric conditions. The oscillator worked from-40℃ to 125℃ with external resistor and capacitor, the oscillator can be used in the synchronous mode controller.
