The Practice and Exploration of Vocational Skills Competition in Higher Vocational Colleges

Through vocational skills competition it can increase students' vocational skills level,promote the construction of teaching staff,and promote the curriculum reform of each major.Then it can further improve talents' training goal of higher vocational colleges so that it can adapt to social post demand.However,analyzing the results of vocational skills competition run by each department and college in recent years,there exist some problems in vocational skills competition.Especially it is not obvious to embody the promoting function of major construction.According to the existing problems,this paper puts forward the measures and suggestions for the improvement of vocational skills competition.
