Abstract

This article first analyzes the basic situation of carbon dioxide emissions in China.Although carbon dioxide emissions growth has declined, the environmental situation is still grim. Then the article makes an international comparison from the aspects of the total amount of CO2 emissions, per capita CO2 emissions, carbon dioxide emissions of unit GDP,national cumulative carbon emissions and per capita cumulative carbon emissions.Lastly,it makes relevant policy recommendations for the development of China's low-carbon economy combined with the energy saving and emission reduction goal.
