Abstract

The management theory has formed scientific system,basic principles and research methods,however the traditional Chinese thoughts of management is still insufficient to support the Chinese system of modern management theory construction and the construction of Chinese management theory system is debatable topic.This paper argues that it is the most urgent and realistic task in China management sector to analyze the actual situation,solve the real practical problems in the many dimensions of the various organizations in China,while researching in management science theories systematically.
