Development Trend of International Service Trade in the Early 21st Century and Countermeasures Adopted by Our Country

The ceasing of Uruguay Round negotiation and Signing of GATS mark that connotation and structure of current international trade have greatly changed, multilateral trade system is getting more and more perfect. Liberalization of service trade is brought into multilateral trade system, which means that China will open service industry market and take part in service trade activities under the control of new multilateral regulations as all other countries. In order to promote the development of service trade in our country, we should research and formulate the developmental countermeasures against international service trade according to the developmental trend of current service trade.
