Abstract

Since the benefits of service trade on the economic development have been generally recognized,our country has paid much attention to and fully utilized the relevant clauses of GATS,but as a WTO member state we should realize the liberalization of the international service trade as soon as possible.This article tends to investigate the liberation degree of Chinese service trade from two aspects.On the one hand it focuses on the opening scope of Chinese service trade,on the other hand,the commitment of Chinese service trade market access.
